📌Note: To edit the value Leave Accrual: Custom Holiday Accrual Percentage Enabled must be set to On.
To enable custom holiday accrual percentage, follow the below steps:
Click Configuration then click Settings.
Click System Settings then click Holidays and Leave Accrual.
Enable Custom Holiday Accrual Percentage Value.
When enabled (set to true), you will be able to set a specific Holiday Accrual Percentage, e.g. 12.07, rather than use system calculated percentage which is based on how many days holiday the receive and assumes that they are paid for their holiday.
This will be used in all future holiday accrual percentage once it is enabled. If disabled again it will revert to system calculated value for future holiday accrual.
