Brand ID is missing when trying to add a user

If brand ID is missing when trying to add a user, you can resolve this in a few easy steps.

If an error message appears when trying to add a user follow the below steps:

  1. Go to Configuration and then click Settings.

  2. Click Field settings and search for Brand and a field will appear FormData_Person_m.BrandId.

  3. Click into this setting and tick the box to Include and then choose from the drop-down box Mandatory.

  4. Refresh the page and then you will be able to complete the new user.
