Add a new allegation type

You can add a new allegation type, in a few easy steps.

Written by Relu

You can add a new Allegation Type so your organisation can use consistent labels when recording allegations against an employee for example, “Bullying”, “Harassment”, “Theft”, “Misconduct”, etc.

This keeps records standardised, which makes it easier to track, manage, and report on allegations consistently across the business.

📌Note: Once it’s added, it becomes an option you can select when creating a disciplinary record, it’s one of the mandatory fields.

To add a new allegation type, follow the below steps:

  1. Click on Configuration then click on Settings.

  2. Drop down Module Settings by clicking on it and select HR.

  3. Click on Allegation Type.

  4. Click on Add New Allegation Type in the top left, here you can add the Description.

  5. Once finished click Save.
