If none of your employees are receiving a password reset email, you'll need to check several things such as:
Employees have a work email address entered.
Has the employee double checked the email has not filtered to their junk mail?
Emails will not send if the employee has any special characters such as an apostrophe in the username, if this employee does you will need to remove it from the username.
