Employees can reset their own password or ask a manager for help. Managers can send a password reset link to an employee's email address or update the password directly from the employee's profile.
Your reset process depends on whether your organisation uses Access Evo.
As an employee
If you're an employee and your company does not use Access Evo, contact your manager to reset your password.
If your company uses Access Evo, you need to reset your Access Evo password to sign in. Then click the Access People Hospitality icon to open the system.
As a manager
If your company does not use Access Evo, as a manager with the person details permission (edit), you can reset an employee's password in two ways.
Send a password reset link to an employee's email address.
Sending a reset link triggers an automated email that lets the employee set their own new password. To do this, follow the steps below:

Use the organisation search to search for and select the required employee.
Click Person, then click Profile.
Use this method if the employee cannot receive a reset email or needs immediate access. To manually update their password, follow the steps below:

Use the organisation search to search for and select the required employee.
Click Person, then click Profile.
Click Edit, then edit the Password field.
Click Save.
