Reset password

You can issue a password reset in a few easy steps.

You can reset your password as an employee or as a manager depending on your role.

As an employee

If you're an employee and your company does not use Access Evo, for support resetting your password, reach out to your manager.

If your company uses Access Evo, you need to reset their Access Evo password to sign in. Then click the Access People Hospitality icon to open the system.


As a manager

If your company does not use Access Evo, as a manager with the person details permission (edit), you can reset an employee's password in two ways.

  • Send a password reset link to an employee's email address.

  • Manually change the password.


Send a password reset link

To send a password reset link to an employee's email address, follow the steps below:

  1. Use the organisation search to search for and select the required employee.

  2. Click Person then click Profile.

  3. Click Reset Password.

Manually change the password

As a manager, to manually reset a password follow the steps below:

  1. Use the organisation search to search for and select the required employee.

  2. Click Person, then click Profile.

  3. Click Edit then edit the Password field.

  4. Click Save.
