To view an employees, pay record history, please follow the below steps:
Go to the required employee profile and click into Payroll tab in top right corner.
Click on Pay History.
This will give you a historical pay record for that specific employee.
Click into a specific record you will be able to make effective date changes, payroll type changes and rate changes.
πNote: There are multiple changes that can be made within the salary window. You will also be able to note that the delete option is available. You will be able to delete historical records unless that specific record is in use.
