Outstanding notification doesn't load

When an outstanding notification does not load but the system shows a continuous spinning icon after clicking into the approval request, this is due to the item the request relates to being deleted from the system before it could be approved or rejected. This will require the help of support to remove the inaccessible notification from your account.

Should you experience this issue with notifications not loading within the system, contact us so we can look into removing the inaccessible notification from the list of outstanding approval actions.
