No insurance at the time of mileage expense

If you get an error that says: You did not have insurance at the time of your mileage expense, you need to contact your manager.

If you get the error that says no insurance at the time of your mileage expense, this is likely down to your insurance details not being approved on the system. Your line manager should be able to approve this for you.


Once this has been approved, you will be able to submit your mileage expense.
