If an employee has multiple employment's they should appearing in the report once for each employment they have, you should see that the employee number provided in the report is different for each of the lines.
If an employee is showing in the report more than once for the same employment in the same period, contact us, providing the names of employees who are appearing multiple times. The correct leave statistic record will be shown with the most up to date last calculated column following the absence stats being calculated.
