Annually, we issue a new certificate for the SFTP server that we provide for you or third-party software to upload files. This certificate expires each year, necessitating the issuance of a new one.
β
The new certificate must be accepted by either you or your third-party software provider to ensure uninterrupted file transfers to the SFTP server. Failure to accept the new certificate may result in a peer certificate rejected error, or you might not see any cash or sales, covers, or clock times imported into Access People Hospitality rotas from this date forward until the certificate is accepted.
πIf you encounter this issue, please inform your file provider to accept the new certificates to ensure continued file processing between your third-party software and Access People Hospitality via the FTP location. For further assistance with a related issue, contact us.
