Document isn't visible in self-service and doesn't need acknowledgement

If a document isn't showing in an employee's self-service, you can resolve this in a few easy steps.

If a document isn't appearing on an employee's self-service document area, please go back into employee's profile to make sure that the show in self-service is ticked against the document.

To do this, follow the steps below:

  1. Search for the employee using the organisation search then click on it.

  2. Click on Documents and then click on Docs.

  3. Click into Employment or Person.

  4. Click into the document required and tick the Show in Self Service box.

  5. Click Save.
