If an employee isn't showing on some closed rotas, you need to reopen the rota for the weeks the employee is absent, reset the show and borrow on rota settings, then refresh the rota.
Reset show and borrow settings
To reset show and borrow on rota, follow the steps below:
Find the employee profile using the organisation search tab and click Payroll.
Click Rotas and then click Edit.
Deselect Show on Rota and Borrow on Rota.
Click Save, then click Edit.
Select Show on Rota and Borrow on Rota.
Click Save.
Refresh rotas
To refresh the rotas, follow the steps below:
Click Admin tab then click Admin again.
Click Refresh Rota and click Yes.
