Turn off the title for an employee

You can make the title for an employee as optional, in a few easy steps.

To make the title for an employee as optional, follow the below steps:

  1. Click Configuration then click Settings.

  2. Click Field Settings then search FormData_Person_m.TitleId and FormData_PersonPre_m.TitleId.

  3. Click into the setting then change this from mandatory to Optional or if you want it to be removed completely click Disabled.

  4. Click Save.
