You can see fields can be customised with your own labels such as uniform size, you can customise them if you follow the below steps:
Click Configuration then click Settings.
Click Field Settings then locate the following fields
FormData_Person_m.SpareText1
FormData_Person_m.SpareText2
FormData_Person_m.SpareText3
Set Display to your preferred option:
Optional - Field appears but isn't required.
Mandatory - Field must be completed.
Read Only - Field displays but cannot be edited.
Disabled (default) - Field is hidden.
Use the Value text box to rename fields from the default Text 1, Text 2, Text 3
Custom names will appear across all employee record, examples: uniform size, languages spoken, security clearance level.

πNote: These fields are currently for information capture only. They are not available within existing reporting or integrations.
Employee profile location once enabled, you can find the custom fields if you follow the below steps:
Find the employee using the organisation search then click Person.
Click Profile then click Edit.
πNote: Custom field titles apply to ALL employee records, including terminated employees, be careful when updating field names after data has been entered to prevent confusion and also consider the impact on historical record.
