When you pin an employee profile, the following actions happen:
When you pin someone, their profile is saved to your Cached People list on the home screen.
This lets you open their record again without searching for them each time.
Itâs useful if you regularly need to view or update the same employeeâs details.
Reasons to pin employee profiles

You manage a small group of employees and want quick access to their profiles.
Youâre reviewing or updating the same employees frequently.
You want a shortcut to key staff records from the home screen.
Pin or unpin employee profile
To pin or unpin another employee's profile to your home page so you can access their records quickly, please follow the below steps:
Find the employee using the organisation search
.Click the Pin icon to the left of their profile picture.
If the employee was previously pinned, they are now unpinned.
If the employee was previously unpinned, they are now pinned.
You can now find the pinned person if you click the Cached People icon on the home screen.
đNote: If a user has people pinned that they can no longer access to remove the pin, contact us and let us know the name of the employee in question.
