Reasons to use meetings, disciplinaries and grievances
You can have various reasons to add meetings, disciplinaries and grievances to employees' profile, most common ones are the following:
Centralised records: all meetings, disciplinaries, and grievances are stored in one place on the employee profile. This makes it much easier to find information later if you need it for case management or evidence.
Consistent documentation: you can record details like dates, descriptions, allegations, actions taken, and outcomes. This helps keep a clear history of what happened and when.
Supporting policies and processes: recording disciplinaries and grievances helps your organisation follow internal policies and manage employee conduct in a structured, transparent way.
Attach supporting documents: You can upload files such as notes, evidence, etc. directly to the record, so everything related to the case stays together.
