You can prevent holiday bookings across weeks to keep rota and leave records cleaner and avoid display issues when someone’s holiday crosses into a new rota week.
When this is enabled, employees can’t book a single holiday that spans multiple weeks. If they need time off across two rota weeks, they’ll need to book it as two separate bookings, one week at a time.
To restrict holiday or sickness bookings, disabling booking across several weeks, follow the steps below:
Click Configuration then click System Settings.
Click Global Settings.
Search for and select Leave/Sickness Booking to a Week.
Set this to true, then click Save.
