⚠️Important: It is not possible to delete old posts as they may be linked to historical data. Deleting these would cause issues within the system.
We recommend marking posts that are not needed as obsolete by following the below steps:
Depending on the system set up, click Configuration or Admin Menu, and then click on Post Setup.
Find and select the post to mark as obsolete.
Click Details.
Next to Contract Details, click Edit.
Select the Obsolete check box.
Click Save.
