If the post is not showing when trying to add or transfer an employee into the post, follow the below steps:
Click Configuration or Post Admin and select Post Setup.
Find the relevant post.
If necessary, search by title or by reference number.
Click the post to open it and check the details.
Check in the contract details section that the obsolete check box is clear.
If it is selected, click Edit and remove the tick.
The post will then show the organisation structure in the employment wizard.
