You can make a holiday entitlement obsolete when you no longer want it used for new bookings, but you still need it to stay in the system for historic records so you don’t delete it.
This is useful if you’re changing your leave setup and want to stop people selecting that entitlement going forward, while keeping past leave history intact.
You can make a holiday entitlement obsolete, by following the below steps:
Click Configuration then click Settings.
Expand the Module Settings then select HR.
Scroll down the menu and click Holiday Entitlement.
Click the entitlement you wish to make obsolete then select the Obsolete box.
Click Save.
