You can amend what the email says when issuing a password reset, in a few easy steps.

You can amend what the email says when issuing a password reset, by following the below steps:

  1. Click Admin menu or Configuration depending on how you have your system set up.

  2. Click into Content

  3. Click Emails and then select eRecruit.

  4. Click Security Details and then click Security Details.

    • This will then bring up the template that gets sent out to employees when you click reset password. This can be amended by clicking Edit in the upper right.
