You can set up a reminder notification alert to confirm the employee's length of employment from the Start Date. You will require access to the Settings and Content tabs.
Depending on how your system has been configured, these can be located under your Admin Menu or Configuration tab.
πNote: You will need to ensure you have the email template set up already with your Content Menu.
Once the email template has been created then proceed to create a notification.
Click Settings, then Notifications.
Click on Add Notification then enter Description.
Select Date within the type dropdown.
Select Employee (Employee) from the Table dropdown.
Select StartDate from the Field dropdown.
Click on the Add Email button.
Select the Template you created within the Content Triggers menu.
Choose when you want to receive the reminder.
Select the Recipients.
This can be sent to multiple people including the employee, line manager or other staff members. Just click on the Add and cc entering the email addresses.
πNote: Replicate the steps above if you want the system to pick up the Continuous Service Date, select the Employee (Person) option from the Table dropdown list.
