If you need to remove employees access to flow, but still require them to be live in HR.
⚠️Important: You need to contact Flow to disable these users please do not amend the leaving date in HR.
The export from Access People to Flow will just give a date finished and they will have no access to Flow from that date.
📌Note: Do not under any circumstances amend the leaving date in the HR system as this will result in the termination of employment and employee number in both systems and creating a P45 therefore causing issues with HMRC.
