Within content, the trigger template emails included as standard were only used as examples and may not actually serve any purpose to you, as this would be something you would be expected to configure yourselves around your own requirements.

Another trigger can be created in this section when generating customised triggers, use the Add Email button.
To use the trigger emails in a notification, follow the below steps:
Click Settings, found either under the Admin Menu, or Configuration depending on your setup.
Click Notifications
Click Add Notification button to open the create window seen below:
Enter the description.
Select the required Type from the dropdown list.
Select the required Table.
Select the required Field.
