Use working pattern option to be checked by default for employees booking leave

There is no setting to check the use working pattern option when an employee is booking leave.

To prevent employees from booking more than they are entitled to, it is recommended for approvers to always double-check leave bookings before confirming them, in addition to informing employees of the use working pattern checkbox.
