Depending on how your system is configured, Tasks will be available under your Self-Service tab. This can be used to create a quick task to employee's and colleagues.

To do this please follow the steps below:
Click into Self Service.
The Task tab will appear in the menu.
This will populate a screen showing:
Open Tasks
Closed Tasks
Sent to Others.
Create a task
To create a task, follow the below steps:
Click on + Add and search for the relevant employee and click on Add Person.
The name of the employee will display below as task for
Select from the Type of task you wish to create.
Then you can add a message relating to the type.
You are able to set a target date if required.
Click Save.
πNote: Tasks you send appear on the right under Sent to Others; tasks you receive show up on the left under Inbox. To mark a task as complete, click the checkbox or open the task, this removes it from your Inbox.
