The system will default to calculating the budget wage (%) variable total for the week as a sum of the total of each day divided by 7 to provide the average for the week should the total formula field against the variable not be configured.
If a total formula is entered on the variable, then the system will default to calculating the total based on the entered formula. If the total works out on the rota as 0.00% for this particular variable, that indicates there is an issue in the formula used which could be that a different unique name has been set against a variable used in your formula.
