If an employee reports a loading screen when they're accessing the meetings screen on their self-service screen, you need to re-save the meeting by following the steps below:

  1. Find the employee profile and click the Employment tab.

  2. Click Meetings and select the meeting that keeps loading for that employee.

  3. Click into the meeting then click Save.
