⚠️Important: Be careful when making changes in the admin area as some options such as Delete Person or Delete Employment can't be reverted.
Check end date
Search for employee by using the organisation search.
Click on Employment tab then click on Position tab
In the post details section click on Position History
The employee's employment history will display, check the End Date column on the latest position
If empty, follow steps in next section.
This generally happens when users use the admin area on the employees' profile rather than terminating the employee correctly
Update end date
Find the employee's using the organisation search then click on the Admin tab.
Click on Modify End Date.
Enter the new end date then click on Save.
