An employee's terminated employment show before their current employment

If an employee's terminated employment show before their current employment, you can resolve this in a few easy steps.

If an employee's terminated employment is listed on their profile before their current employment, this is likely due to the terminated employment being marked as the primary employment whilst the current employment is not.

You may also see them listed within the My Team area with their previous employment.

To mark an employment as the primary employment, please follow the below steps:

  1. On the employee's profile, click Switch Employment.

  2. Select the correct employment then select the Position tab.

  3. In the employment section, click Edit.

  4. A Details window appears, select the Primary Employment.

  5. Click Save.

    • You now see the employment section is listed as Employment Primary.
