Youโd check the latest expenses export to confirm whether a submitted and approved expense has actually been sent to Payroll yet.
If an expense was approved but missed the export run, it will be included in the next export run, so seeing the latest export date helps you understand whatโs been processed so far.
You can check when the last export was run if you follow the steps below:
Click Payroll.
Select Import/Export.
Select Expenses.
Here you can see the latest expenses exports run.
