Duplicate lines in the standard holiday information report

You can see an employee that has duplicate lines in the standard holiday information report.

As part of running the Standard Holiday Information reports both Days and Hours, you are asked to select an absence period.

The results returned may include duplicate lines for an employee, this will usually be due to the employee having changed position within the absence period. You should see that the totals of each line for the employee combined equal the absence statistics displayed with the employee's absence screen.
