If a payslip file is not uploading into the system and is stuck at a processing status, follow the below steps:
Click Payslip Admin then check the File Administration Audit Log tab.
Within File Administration Audit Log tab provides further details such as an error message as to why the file cannot be imported.
πNote: If you have an employee within the file who has Employee Initials information entered, this must be five characters or less due to a database constraint which sets the maximum character count for the Employee Initials to be a maximum of five characters.
If your payslip is not loading due to the employee initials value being greater than five characters, you will see an error message logged in File Administration Audit Log which reads: Column too big employee number [Employee Number] (Employee Name) on PaySlip record EmployeeInitials:[Employee Initials in File].
