If you've already run the carry forward process on your system against an absence period, the option for the Carry Forward All button is no longer available against the absence period. Instead, you'll see text which reads Already Run.

If you believe there is an issue with the carry forward data for that absence period and you need to run this again, contact us so we can remove the carry forward data from your system. In your case, provide the following details:
The absence period to be amended.
