If you can't add a tronc on a specific date, review and update the absence record for an hourly paid employee by and change that from days to hours.

To review and update the absence record for an hourly paid employee by and change that from days to hours., follow the below steps:

  1. In the Organisation search, search for and select the employee.

  2. Click Absence and then click Holiday.

  3. Click the absence that is booked in days for the hourly paid employee.

  4. Update the absence, this also updates the absence record to be hours value booked in days on the rota.

    • If the absence is on a completed rota, you need to re-open the rota and then update the absence.

πŸ“ŒNote: Once you've updated the absence, the tronc page that was previously failing to load is accessible again.
