To set a post to be revenue generating, follow the below steps:
Within the left-hand menu, select Post Setup or Post Admin. depending on your configuration, this may be located under Admin or Configuration.
Search for and click into the required post or add a new post if required.
In the details tab, scroll to the bottom of the window then click the Edit button.
Select the Rota Revenue Generating checkbox to mark the post and employees in the post as revenue generating.
Click Save.
When a post is marked as revenue generating, employees within the post will appear in the rota day view with a purple Rev Gen flag and the shifts they work will display within a purple oval, highlighting they are revenue generating.
📌Note: You can mark shift codes as Revenue Generating or not and will override the post setting.
