If you're an administrator, you can set up a friendly URL and share this with the users you've set up to login with a username.
📌Note: Only users with administrative permissions in Access Workspace can view organisation settings.
If someone's lost their organisation ID, you could quickly look it up by following these steps:
In the top right corner, click your name.
Click Organisation settings then click Profile.
See and make note of the organisation ID.
