If you're an administrator, you can set up a friendly URL and share this with the users you've set up to login with a username. If someone's lost their organisation ID, you could quickly look it up by following these steps:
📌Note: Only users with administrative permissions in Access Workspace can view organisation settings.
In the top right corner, click your name.
Click Organisation settings then click Profile.
See and make note of the organisation ID.
