📌Note: These steps only apply to your system if you have the global setting Holiday Entitlement: Round Up settings set up to True.
If you report incorrect holiday round up, you can resolve this by following the below steps:
Click Configuration then click Settings.
Expand System Settings then click Global.
Search Leave Accrual Cap Holiday Allowance then click into it.
Turn the Boolean to False then click Save.
If holiday round up is set up to True search for Cap and check the below settings:
Leave Accrual Cap Holiday Allowance.
Leave Accrual Cap to Contract Days or Hours.
📌Note: If either of these cap settings are set up to True, then round up will not work or it will exceed the cap being set, both needs to be set up to False.
