You can adjust holiday capping to prevent employees from earning more holiday than they should be entitled to.
The main reason is for casual workers who might work extra hours or days beyond full-time and without capping, they could earn more holiday than their actual entitlement.
To adjust the capping on holiday, follow the below steps:
Click Configuration then click Settings.
Click Global settings then search Cap.
Enter into Leave Accrual Cap Holiday Allowance then change Boolean to True.
Click Save.
