If the issue is occurring where the holiday isn't capping on the system you would need to follow these steps:
Click into Configuration or Settings, depending on how your system is configured.
Expand System Settings then click Global.
Search Leave Accrual Cap Holiday Allowance then click into it.
Select the Boolean drop down and change to True.
Click Save.
🤓Tip: This setting will cap the holiday entitlement at the FTE value. This is mainly required to prevent casual workers from earning more than their entitlement by working extra hours or days than the full-time value.
