See all employees in your team

As a manager, you can review your direct and indirect reports in the organisation structure.

As a manager, you can review your direct and indirect reports in the organisation structure.

Review the reporting structure

Direct reports automatically appear first. To view all your reports, follow the steps below:

  1. Click My Team, then click Team.

    • By default, Direct Reports opens.

  2. Select the relevant employee's profile.


View all employees within a section

To view all employees within a section, follow the steps below:

  1. Click My Team then click Team.

  2. Click the Organisation button then click the section required.

  3. Click Filter.


Review an employee's position in the structure

To view an employee's position in the sections, follow the steps below:

  1. Search for the employee's employment.

  2. Click the Employment tab, then click Position.

  3. Click Post Details, then click Security.

  4. Click Employee Access.

  5. Click Edit, then select the sections:

    • Reporting Structure Access: Posts that directly report into the post.

    • Organisation Structure Access: Employees who sit within the sections selected.


Use advanced filters

You can also use the advanced filter, if you follow the steps below:

  1. Click My Team then click Team.

  2. Click Show Advanced Filters button.

    • You can filter by employee number, surname, job title, post reference, national insurance number.

  3. Add the details on the section required and then click Filter.

    • To reset filters click Reset Filters button.
