You can create a ghost record against any post you require by following the below steps:
Expand Admin Menu on the left-hand menu structure and select Post Setup.
2. Use the search or Organisation filter to find the post(s) you require amending.
3. Click into the post.
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the pop-up window, click Edit on the Rota section.
5.Select Create Ghost Record checkbox.
6. Select the subsection(s) you wish the post to be shown as a ghost record within.
7. Click Save.
📌Note: You can see the post within both the home and ghost record selected subsections on the rota, however you may need to create a new rota for this to take effect.
