⚠️Important: This is usually caused by another rota being currently open. This rota will need to be closed first, then you will be able to complete the rota days.
If this hasn't fixed your issue, then another thing to check is that all the rota days are closed. You can check this by filtering the dates back a month or even several months on the rota, any rota days that aren't showing with a green tick means that the rota day has re-opened.
📌Note: Closing the rota day should then allow you to close off the current week. If a rota day is open after it was already completed, it is possible that there was a change made to employee data that is linked to the rota, such as sickness or leave, that triggered the day to re-open.
