📌Important: If you are unable to see the remove Do Not Re-Employ Flag button, please contact your system owner to check if you have the HR Admin - Do Not Re-Employ Flag permission as this is needed to complete this process.
If an employee was flagged as Do Not Re-Employ during termination, the system will stop all users from re-employing this employee, however, the flag can be removed if the employee needs to be re-employed.
To remove the Do not re-employ flag for a terminated employee, please follow the steps below:
Find the employee using the organisation search then click on Profile.
Click into the Admin menu then click the Admin tab.
Click the Remove Do Not Re-Employ Flag button.
