Custom Processes in Access People Hospitality are administrative functions that allow you to run system-wide updates.
📌Note: When running leave accruals, we recommend waiting an hour after the process to ensure you get accurate calculations.
You can access them by following the steps below:
Run custom process
Click Admin Menu or Configuration, depending on your system setup.
Click into Custom Processes.
Select the required process then click Execute Process.
Click Yes.
What processes you can run
Once there, you'll have the ability to:
Run leave accruals for all employees.
Update all posts that have had changes made.
Calculate all absence statistics within the company.
HR Post Update.
