You can see the unpaid absences showing as holiday hours on the rota.

All absences will total in the last column for each employee. Leave, be it paid or unpaid, is still leave so is shown as such in these figures.

The absence types are configured as paid and unpaid, so although both are showing as leave, when this exported to payroll, the payroll system will know not to pay and absence type that is registered as unpaid.
