When you add new starters to the HR system, the user login details are emailed once the new starter wizard has been completed.

If you are adding an employee with a future start date and do not wish them to log in prior to their start date, you could leave the remaining contact email fields empty.
πNote: It's not possible for you to generate another new starter email at a later date, so you would need to remember to forward a password reset after they start.
Edit the new starter email
You can change the content of the email sent out to new starters with login details, by following the steps below:
Go to Content, usually found in Configuration or Admin Menu.
Click on Emails and then click on eRecruit.
Locate the email template Security Details and then click Edit.
Make the required changes then click Save.
