You can change the setting on the post so that any new starters entered into the system automatically get approved. This means that no notification is sent to the line manager through the workflow process.

This is generally set when the post is created, however, you are able to edit this at a later date. To do this, please follow the below steps:
Click System Admin then click Post Setup.
Find the relevant post then click Approval on the left.
Click Approvers then click Edit on the New Employments.
Select Auto.
