Can't add employment to a new employee as approvers are not set

If you can't add employment to a new employee, you can resolve this in a few easy steps.

This error message is showing because the post that the new employee is going into hasn't got a line manager and you can resolve it by following the below steps:

  1. Click on System Admin and then click on Post Admin.

  2. Find the post that the new employee will be in.

  3. Click Approval and then click Approvers.

  4. Click Edit and then add the required line manager

  5. Test by adding the employment again.
