You can remove former employee's data after a certain length of time.

If you want the system to automatically remove data of former employees after a certain period, follow the below steps:

  1. Click Configuration or Admin Menu tab depends on how your system is configured.

  2. Click GDPR or GDPR Settings tab depends how it's named on your system.

  3. Enable Automation of GDPR - Anonymisation Schedule.

    • When enabled this will turn on the schedule for anonymising data automatically the system will then anonymise any data necessary before the given grace period that has been set.

  4. Scroll down to the settings section of the GDPR page and you'll see the following setting: GDPR - period of time until anonymised.

    • This setting is used to dictate the number of months that we will keep a terminated staff members data until we anonymise it.

  5. Enter a figure in this field.
